Friday

  • 7:00p OPTIONAL EARLY ARRIVAL & 1-on-1 sessions with Eli (astrology, bodywork) and Nirete (BodyTalk).

Saturday

  • (TBD) Early Morning yoga, meditation
  • 9:30am Arrive & Welcome
  • 10:00 - 12:30 Morning block: Introductions & activities. Zodiac yoga/dance/embodiment practices & fun! Begin exploring themes of Saturn & Jupiter
  • 12:30pm Lunch
  • 1:15 - 3:00 Free time: nature walk or 1-on-1 sessions with Eli and Nirete
  • 3:00- 6:00 Afternoon Block: meditation & breathwork. Astrology discussion on Saturn in Capricorn: the nature of reality, responsibility, ambition and eldership. Personal reflection and timeline creation - review the past year's important events, people, etc.; discover themes & trends. Group discussion.
  • 6:30- 7:30 Dinner
  • 7:45 - 8:45 Evening Session: Ceremony to honor and release the past year and welcome the new
  • 8:45 - ?:?? Free time & bed

Sunday

  • (TBD) Early morning yoga, meditation
  • 8:30 - 9:30am Breakfast/morning free time
  • 9:30 - 11:30 Morning Session: Discuss Jupiter in Sagittarius. Build on yesterday's work, create intentional resolutions for the future. Closing ceremony.

Details

  • The retreat is specially crafted to bring you deep in yourself and build meaningful relationships with other people. The hope is that you will prioritize the retreat and attend Saturday through Sunday. That said, we realize life happens and can discuss partial attendance.
  • Optional early arrival Friday
  • Friday & Saturday 1-on-1 sessions with Eli (astrology, bodywork) and Nirete (BodyTalk Thai Massage)
  • Overnight: accommodations will be dorm-style in shared rooms, in single or shared beds. Guests receive a discount for bringing own bedding.
  • Guests are responsible for their own transportation to Boulder. Carpools may be available to the retreat site.

  • Private Session w/ Eli/Nirete

    Limited numbers of one-on-one sessions for bodywork or astrology are available on Friday or Saturday. Nirete offers yoga and Body Talk an intuitive form of Thai Massage. Eli offers Massage, Core Synchronism (cranialsacral therapy), and Astrology consultations.
