Hi, I'm Eli
I'm passionate about helping you feel at home in your body by managing stress- and activity- related paid. Over many years of practice I've discovered that pain is rarely what it seems... It's less about where it hurts, and more about the amount of stress carried in the nervous system.
Pain - whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual - is an invitation to deeper self-knowledge and sustainable wholeness.

My work focuses on assessing, re-educating, and healing chronic postural & activity-induced pain. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Massage Cupping, and movement education.

My Approach
My role as a massage therapist goes beyond the massage table. I see my job as an educator and coach to help you feel your best in the long run, not just after a session. Using in-depth knowledge of the body and psyche I work with you to create Home Care Plans for continued well-being in between sessions. Plans include exercises, stretches, and self-care that work into your life routine.

Massage & Bodywork is hands-down one of the most effective ways to healthfully handle stress, decrease pain, and support your body's longevity. I practice several corrective and deeply calming techniques that can move you from "FINE" (freaked-out, insecure, neurotic and emotional) to FREE (fearless, renewed, energetic, and equanimous... yes, I made that one up just now).
With fourteen years' experience as a professional Bodyworker, I've learned and created a versatile tool bag of techniques to address and heal pain. Our in-person sessions address the acute physical/mental/emotional issues, and then we create longer term Home Care Plans so you can take charge of your permanent well-being.
My approach: From working with thousands of clients across the globe I've discovered that pain is very rarely what it seems. Pain has a physical sensation in your body, but where it hurts isn't always where the problem is. The nervous system can create pain to communicate that there's too much stress on the system as a whole. Time and time again I've seen that when we relax the nervous system in a regenerative way, many different aches and pains are healed.
